O IDIOTA E A MOEDA -

Conta-se que numa cidade do interior um grupo de pessoas se divertia com o idiota da aldeia. Um pobre coitado, de pouca inteligência, vivia de pequenos biscates e esmolas.
Diariamente eles chamavam o idiota ao bar onde se reuniam e ofereciam a ele a escolha entre duas moedas: uma grande de 400 RÉIS e outra menor de 2.000 RÉIS. Ele sempre escolhia a maior e menos valiosa, o que era motivo de risos para todos.
Certo dia, um dos membros do grupo chamou-o e lhe perguntou se ainda não havia percebido que a moeda maior valia menos.
- Eu sei, respondeu o tolo. "Ela vale cinco vezes menos, mas no dia que eu escolher a outra, a brincadeira acaba e não vou mais ganhar minha moeda”.
Podem-se tirar várias conclusões dessa pequena narrativa.
A primeira: Quem parece idiota, nem sempre é.
A segunda: Quais eram os verdadeiros idiotas da história?
A terceira: Se você for ganancioso, acaba estragando sua fonte de renda.
Mas a conclusão mais interessante é: A percepção de que podemos estar bem, mesmo quando os outros não têm uma boa opinião a nosso respeito.
Portanto, o que importa não é o que pensam de nós, mas sim, quem realmente somos.
O maior prazer de um homem inteligente é bancar o idiota diante de um idiota que banca o inteligente.

IDIOT AND COIN -It is said that in a town in a group of people had fun with the village idiot . A poor man of little intelligence , lived off odd jobs and handouts.
Every day they called the idiot to the bar where they met and offered him the choice between two currencies : a large 400 RÉIS and a smaller 2,000 RÉIS . He always chose the most and least valuable , what was the laughingstock of everyone.
One day , one of the group members called him and asked him if he had not realized that the greatest currency was worth less .

One can draw several conclusions from this brief narrative .The first : Who sounds stupid , is not always .The second : What were the real idiots in history ?Third : If you are greedy, just spoiling their source of income .
But the most interesting conclusion is : The perception that we can be right, even when others do not have a good opinion of us .
So what matters is not what they think of us , but who we really are.
The greatest pleasure of a smart man is playing the fool on a fool who plays the inteligente.
