Adotar cães pegos no Instituto Royal é crime de receptação, diz delegado

"Pessoas ficam comovidas e não se dão conta desse risco", explica.

E porque maltratar e matar os cães não são considerados crimes???
Isso é abominável, foi encontrado um cãozinho congelado, e vários outros feridos no local e a Royal ainda quer entrar com uma ação indenizatória???

E a vida daquele pequeno cãozinho que foi encontrado congelado???
E os demais cães que foram encontrados abusadamente feridos???

Eles precisão de nossa ajuda SIM, e é uma pena que o resgate tenha sido em São Paulo!!!

Os animais são como crianças e idosos, precisão de todo o amor e cuidado que um ser humano pode dar.

Que coloca a POLICIA como a grande vilã da historia, dando ouvidos a esses mesmos TRALHAS que MATARAM, ROUBARAM entre outras.

E que também não vive sem essa mesma POLICIA que eles tanto BATEM e MALTRATAM.

Que tem no seu alto escalão uma verdadeira CÓRGIA e no fim eu sou a PALHAÇA da historia. 

O BRASIL é o PAÍS da HIPOCRISIA!!!

Onde só quem tem mais ou tem conhecimento é que se livram e são abençoados por nossa JUSTIÇA.

Durante a madrugada desta sexta-feira, após a invasão e a retirada dos beagles do laboratório, um internauta criou uma página para quem quiser colaborar com MEDICAMENTOS e RAÇÃO.
 
O que diz o Delegado.

“É receptação de objeto furtado. Não precisa ser venda para caracterizar o crime, pode ser doação também. As pessoas ficam comovidas com a situação e não se dão conta de que podem ser processadas, já que o instituto provavelmente vai tentar reaver os cães”, explicou o delegado. O crime de receptação está no artigo 180 do Código Penal: “Adquirir, receber, transportar, conduzir ou ocultar, em proveito próprio ou alheio, coisa que sabe ser produto de crime, ou influi para que terceiro, de boa-fé, a adquira, receba ou oculte”, diz o texto. A pena prevista é de 1 a 4 anos de prisão.

Entenda o casoDezenas de ativistas derrubaram um portão e invadiram, por volta das 2h, o laboratório do Instituto Royal. A manifestação de ativistas contra o laboratório começou no sábado (12), quando alguns manifestantes se acorrentaram em frente ao portão. Nesta quinta-feira (17), carros e caminhões chegaram ao instituto e começaram a circular boatos de que a empresa pretendia sacrificar os cães. O burbúrio nas redes sociais cresceu, assim como o número de ativistas presentes, até que a invasão começasse.
Após o tumulto, as duas partes foram à delegacia e registraram boletins de ocorrência - os ativistas por crime ambiental e maus-tratos, e o instituto por furto. A empresa admite testes com animais, mas nega maus-tratos e diz que segue todas as normas governamentais sobre o assunto.

E os animais como foram mutilados??? A já sei.
São MASOQUISTAS, eles procuravam objetos ponteagudos para extirpar seus próprios olhos, como foi relatado nos teles jornais, e dessa mesma forma, eles furavam suas próprias orelhas e línguas.
